Here at the Three Counties Hotel we have considerable experience in catering for weddings from 10 to 350 people and pride ourselves on providing a value for money and professional, friendly service. We remember that your wedding day is the most special day of your life and welcome the opportunity of making your day truly memorable. We also hold a licence for Civil Ceremonies so the whole of your wedding can be arranged at the Three Counties Hotel. The ceremony would be conducted in a room laid out with theatre style seating, a wide centre aisle and a top table and the fee for this is £175.00. By law we would require you to undertake certain procedures in order for your wedding to be legal, details of which can be found in our wedding pack.

There are no hidden extras in the prices you will see printed and they include the following:

Menu as chosen
Changing room facilities
The use of the hotel gardens for photographs
The use of a cake stand and knife
Room hire Master of Ceremonies, if required
VAT at 15%

Please note that a minimum charge of £3,000.00 will be made for wedding receptions booked on a Saturday. Alternatively, a £2,000.00 minimum charge will apply for receptions booked on any other day of the week. A 10% discount on the published prices is also available on midweek wedding bookings.

We also offer a drinks package for wedding parties, details of which are included with the menus, or should you wish to select from our extensive choice of wines, please ask to see a copy of our wine list.

Our team of dedicated staff are also happy to provide advice on all aspects of planning your wedding day from car hire to cakes, flowers and photographers etc.
