Please note that whilst the Government have indicated a possible re-opening date of 4th July 2020, we have decided to delay our re-opening until Monday 3rd August 2020.
We will be taking bookings for bedrooms from this date and reservations can be made online or by phone. Our telephone lines will be open throughout, however please note that our staff cover will be reduced so we would ask for your patience if you experience any delays in speaking to us. We continue to be available by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, and you will be able to leave a voice message so that we can call you back if you prefer.
All reservations from the 2nd August 2020 will have to be secured by a credit or debit card and you will be charged for your stay on the day of your arrival. This is to avoid use of the card terminal wherever possible.
We will continue to be as flexible as we can in terms of cancellations as we appreciate these are very difficult times for everyone so if you make a booking and your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations will be accepted up to midday on the day of arrival. After this time or in the event of a no-show, we will make a charge for one night.
All our rooms will be offered on a room-only basis to begin with. However, we would appreciate if you could indicate in the comments whether you would be interested in breakfast and/or an evening meal so that we can gauge the likely requirements and advise you in advance what will be available during your stay.
Subject to Government guidance, we are also hoping to be able to offer wedding and function appointments throughout July but these will need to be by prior appointment, call or email us to arrange.
Please be assured that your safety will be top of our agenda and we will be putting in place all the necessary measures to ensure this. This will include marked out spaces in reception, screens where necessary and multiple sanitizer stations throughout. We will also ensure that areas in the hotel are regularly cleaned and sanitized. For your part, we ask that you maintain social distancing at all times. We also ask that you respect the staff in the hotel, we will all be here working in unusual circumstances, the likes of which will be new to all of us, so your co-operation and understanding will be very much appreciated.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming old and new customers to the hotel!
